Formed in the summer of 2001 by Russell Eacott, T-Sport has competed in the last six seasons of the British Formula Three Championship.

Former Managing Director and Team Manager of F3/F3000 Team Portman Arrows, Russell has a wealth of experience in the world of F3 and with the British F3 Championship recognised as the most competitive junior single seater formula in the world and a natural stepping stone for young drivers into the premier category Formula One, this was a natural choice of competition for Russell and the T-Sport team.

Russell has been accompanied by friend and colleague Alan "Skelly" Woodhead who also has years of experience in the dark art of F3 engineering and together they have advanced T-Sport into a formidable and well-respected team on the British F3 grid.
